Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality of caretaking services and work with the owner’s corporation to keep all common property’s looking its best at all times – 7 days a week.
We treat our client’s buildings like our own and provide piece of mind to owner’s corporation managers and owners.
As part of Aligned Property caretaking services, we also provide comprehensive reporting to our OC Managers on a regular basis. The regular report provides information on the status of the building, any applicable OH&S issues and all maintenance or repair services that may require further attention, which has not been identified by occupants or managers.
In addition to this reporting service, we will attend Owners Corporation meetings and the Annual General Meeting to discuss reporting and service requirements in detail with owners.
